Hurricane damaged. Part of roof is gone. Masonry property, which had 3 units: one 3BR apartment, one 2 BR apartment and one 1BR apartment.Rent roll was about $2200 per month.Roof is gone over the 3BR apartment, but stayed above the 1BR apartment. The 2BR apartment has a flat concrete roof and is basically intact.
